TRIXX NG reports that the former commissioner of police for Lagos state, Hakeem Odumosu has denied receiving any appointment as the new chairman of the economic and financial crimes commission(EFCC)
News making rounds yesterday that the retired police officer has been appointed by President Tinubu to head the commission after Bawa’s sack.
In his reaction, he made it known that there is no appointment of such.
“Good Morning everyone, I have been inundated with so many calls and messages between yesterday and today on a purported “EFCC Appointment”., I just want to use this opportunity to debunk this information and say it’s totally UNTRUE”
