TRIXX NG reports that the governor of Oyo state, Seyi Makinde has launched a joint security force that comprises of the Nigerian police, operation burst and other security stakeholders in Oyo state.
The inauguration was done today along Ibadan-IJebu Ode expressway where the kidnapping has been taking place most of the time.
