TRIXX NG reports that Motorcycles have resurfaced again in some highways in Lagos state barely three months after Governor Sanwoolu banned their operations in some local governments in the state.
Earlier today, they were seen in their numbers playing Cele Express area of Lagos state and it’s surprising that they are plying the ‘one-way’ route which is risky.
