TRIXX NG reports that the federal government of Nigeria has enforced the twitter ban that it announced yesterday to the surprise of many.
The announcement was made after twitter disgraced President Muhammadu Buhari by deleting his tweet on threating terrorists in south east.
Following this action, the federal government announced the ban and it seems it has taken effect.
Several Nigerians have found it difficult to access twitter as some now resort to VPNs to access the microblogging platform
