JUST IN: Lagos Police Recovers Prohibited Stun Gun From Pastor Paul Adefarasin

TRIXX NG reports that the Lagos Police command has revealed that it recovered a stun gun which is a prohibited anti-riot equipment, from Pastor Paul Adefarasin.
This revelation was made known after the command announced that the pastor had turned himself in for questioning following a viral video involving him and a content creator.
In the video, the pastor was seen pointing a weapon that looked like a gun at a content creator who was filming his vehicle for his content.
The visibly uncomfortable Adefarasin stopped his vehicle and warned the content creator against filming him while pointing the weapon at him.
Social media went abuzz following the Pastor’s actions, with some claiming it was a firearm while some claimed it wasn’t.
However, the pastor, at his church, on Sunday denied owning a firearm or pointing a firearm at the content creator, whom he claims was too close to him.
This necessitated investigations by the Lagos police command, which announced the interrogation of Paul Adefarasin yesterday and the outcome.
The command revealed that the weapon recovered from the pastor isn’t lethal, nor is it a firearm arm but a prohibited anti-riot equipment.
“Pastor Paul Adefarasin, who turned himself in today at the Lagos State Police Command over a viral video where he was seen holding a gun-like object against another road user, was interrogated and he volunteered cautionary statement to the police investigators.
“What was recovered from him, the gun-like object seen in the viral video, is not a lethal weapon or firearm but a stun gun which is a prohibited anti-riot equipment. The pastor has been granted bail while investigations continue into the case’”
