The company explained that the incident is an isolated case and won\u2019t affect any other customer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company also disclosed that the staffer has been handed over to the appropriate law enforcement agency which will carry out necessary investigations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furthermore, Palmpay urged customers not to disclose their PINs, OTPs or any sensitive information to anyone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018\u2019PalmPay is aware of the recent unfortunate incident regarding a merchant account.
