BREAKING! Court Dismisses Frank Ibezim’s Move To Thrash Certificate Forgery Case In Imo North Election
TRIXX NG reports that the candidate of the APC in Imo north election, Sir Frank Ibezim has been faced with a fresh trouble after an appeal court dismissed his moves to thrash his certificate scandal case.
Recall that Frank Ibezim was confirmed as the right candidate for the APC yesterday by the supreme court, after he was sacked by the federal high court for certificate forgery.
In a bid to put an end to the battle, He approached the appeal court but unfortunately, it didn’t end well for him.
As it stands, the INEC will have no choice than to declare the candidate of the PDP as the winner of the election.
