BREAKING! Kayamata CEO, Jaruma Remanded In Prison For Defamation Against Prince Ned Nwoko
TRIXX NG reports that Hauwa Saidu Mohammed AKA Jaruma, the CEO of Kayamata, has been remanded in prison for defamation of character, injurious falsehood, criminal intimidation and publication of false news against billionaire businessman, Ned Nwoko.
Jaruma was arrested last week for these offences but couldn’t be taken to court due to time constraint.
In an update which was exclusively obtained by TRIXX NG from Prince Ned Nwoko’s media aide, Niyi Ifetayo, It was revealed that Jaruma has been remanded in prison till Friday, 28th Of January 2022.
‘’ Hauwa Saidu Mohammed a.k.a Jaruma was arraigned today on count of Defamation of Character, Injurious Falsehood, Criminal Intimidation and Publication of False News with Intent to Cause Offence Against the Public Peace at the Upper Area Court, Zuba FCT Abuja where she pleaded not guilty. Her counsel made an application for her bail and the court made an order for her to be remanded in prison custody till Friday the 28th day of January, 2022. Meanwhile, the substantive case has been adjourned to 23/02/2022.’’
