BREAKING! Election Tribunal Dismisses Case Against APC, Tinubu’s Victory

TRIXX NG reports that the election tribunal sitting in Abuja has dismissed the petition filed by Action Alliance party against the victory of the APC and Tinubu in the last presidential election.

This is coming few hours after The Action Alliance withdrew its petition against the President-Elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The panel ruled that “in the absence of any objection from the respondents, the application is hereby granted. Consequently, the petition is hereby dismissed”.

Furthermore, the presidential election petitions tribunal has postponed the Atiku Abubakar and Allied Peoples Movement petitions hearing to Tuesday
