BREAKING! Supreme Court Dismisses Atiku’s Forgery Case Against President Tinubu
TRIXX NG reports that the supreme court has dismissed PDP’s Abubakar Atiku’s forgery case against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Atiku had approached Chicago State University to prove that Tinubu forged his university certificate. He got materials to substantiate his claims and applied to include them as fresh evidences at the supreme court.
However, the court has just said that it can’t admit fresh evidences at the supreme court level since the trial court didn’t sit on it.
