This Chicken Republic story is common in Nigeria
Those at the top don't want the subordinates happy
Always wanna see you living in hardship with anger
Once they sense your happiness, they'll move you on

Those boys mood created a type of environment that can attract more customers to the business but the typical sadist attitude of Nigerians made them sack them.
Again, shame on Chicken republic. Did they break any rules?
