Despite Paying Over N1M For Rent, Baze University Students Lament Poor State Of Hostels (VIDEO)

TRIXX NG reports that students of Baze University, Abuja have cried out following the deplorable state of their hostels despite paying over N1 Million annually for rent.

In a video shared on the internet by a student of the institution, the recorder narrated that the school hostels lack water and electricity. He mentioned that sometimes, students resort to the courtyard to get water to bathe. Students were also seen using sachet water to brush their teeth in the video.

The narrator further explained that they pay more than N1 Million yearly for hostels but get the services of a N20,000 hostel. He also said the university deceives Nigerians by posting pictures of beautiful hostels meanwhile, reverse is the case.

It is worthy of note that Baze University is owned by Labour party’s vice presidential candidate, Datti Baba-Ahmed. The school was also banned from admitting law students for five years.
