An evangelist was seen in a video making rounds doing deliverance for a lady for wearing a short and revealing dress in public.

In the video, the lady was seen shouting at the man for embarrassing her but the man didn’t listen to her, rather, he kept on binding her with his bible and casting out ‘demon’ from her.
