Yesterday, there was an article written by President Buhari’s aide, Babafemi Ojudu about popular Yoruba freedom fighter, Sunday Igboho.

The article which was titled ‘The Sunday Igboho That I Know’ addressed the emergence of Sunday Igboho many years ago. The writer made it known that Sunday Igboho was a very known and powerful thug who was supposed to cause mayhem in Ekiti for the purpose of PDP Victory in the state.

Mr Ojudu, who according to him was with the action congress of Nigeria (ACN), now All progressive congress (APC) explained that He was sent to personally bring Sunday Igboho to the national leader of APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu who spoke to Sunday Igboho and was able to stop him from causing violence in Ekiti state election. This action led to the victory of ACN in the state.

With this article, Babafemi Ojudu created an impression that Bola Ahmed Tinubu has a very good relationship with Sunday Igboho, and that he might be the one behind the recent attack on Fulani herdsmen in Yoruba land.

With the excellence and professional touch of the article, one would have thought that all was true, meanwhile, it was an article full of lies according to some diggings done by TRIXX NG.

In the article, Ojudu mentioned that Sunday Igboho was a very close ally of former oyo state governor, Adedibu, and when Sunday Igboho met Tinubu, He begged Ojudu not to let Adedibu know about the meeting, meanwhile, that’s is not the case. Sunday Igboho had said it several times that the man who brought him up was Rasheed Ladoja, He was an enemy to Adedibu at that time, and before the time of the election then, Adedibu had died. The question is, would Sunday Igboho be afraid of the dead? Definitely no, there was no connection between him and Adedibu then.

With the deep lies rooted in this article, one would be left with no option that to categorically stated that Babafemi Ojudu was all out to Blackmail Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
