Governor Seyi Makinde Reacts To Reports On Leaving PDP Ahead Of 2023
Earlier today, reports making rounds has it that governor seyi makinde wants to dump the people democratic party (PDP) ahead of 2023 over some leadership crisis.
The reports had it that a chieftaincy of the PDP exclusively stated that the governor is only waiting for the local government elections in the state before he leaves.
However, the CPS to the Governor, Tunde Adisa has debunked the reports, describing it as a concocted falsehood from purveyors of fake news, who are bent on maligning the governor at all cost
He made it known that as the leader of the PDP in south west, the governor cannot think about such movement
“This is the latest in the rounds of false reports and fake news, weapons which some individuals have employed to wage a needless war against the governor.
Makinde at the moment is the leader of the South West PDP and thus unthinkable that he would jump ship’’
