‘I Only Came Here To Observe’ – Arrested Lekki Toll-Gate Protester Cries Out (VIDEO)

Trixx NG reports that one of the protesters arrested this morning at Lekki Toll-Gate has opened up on why he was at the scene.

In an interview with the cable, He made it known that He only came to observe things that were going on at Lekki Toll-Gate, and not to protest.

He explained that when he heard people were being arrested, He went to the venue to also observe, only to find out that some men of the police came to harass him, asked some few questions and took him inside their vehicle

‘… on getting here, people have been arrested, I came down here to observe how things are going till when two men approached me to ask if I am a journalist, I told them that I came here as an observer, and they started asking for I.D Card.

I refused to give them my ID Card, they bundled me and started to harass me,’
