The International Association of World Peace Advocate (IAWPA) under the United Nations ECOSOC will be honouring a popular Nigerian man of God, Apostle (Dr.) Solomon Moses Oni Mustapha a.k.a. Babasebioba in few days time.

The ‘International Mayor of Peace’ award will be bestowed on the cleric who is described as “a man of peace, a man of great influence, a man with a noble character”, at the Idi-Obi, Ibadan headquarters of his ministry, Seed of Christ Golden Church, in Oyo State on Sunday 27th of November 2022. The event will be held to commemorate United Nations International Day of Peace in Nigeria.

According to a statement sent from IAWPA, the 2022 prestigious award has been given to one person in Africa, His Excellency George O Wear, the Liberian president, making Apostle Mustapha the second personality to be so honoured.

Apostle Mustapha, a native of Isanlu in Kogi State, received his divine calling and left his base, Ikole-Ekiti in Ekiti State for Ibadan, Oyo State, all in Nigeria, where he began his ministry in 2004 with only his wife and two other female members.

The ministry has since spread across Nigeria and beyond.
