JUST IN: Days After Hosting Tinubu, Obasanjo Declares Support For His Preferred Presidential Candidate (VIDEO)

TRIXX NG reports that a former president of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo has declared support for the youths to take over the leadership of Nigeria.

This is coming few days after he hosted the presidential candidate of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu at his residence in Abeokuta.

Tinubu had gone there to consult the elder statesman on his 2023 presidential ambition even though the duo have been long-time political foes.

However, it seems Obasanjo won’t be supporting 71-year-old Tinubu to become the president of Nigeria as he has just declared his support for a youth president to make Nigeria better.

In a video shared on twitter, Obasanjo was seen stating that the youths are the only ones that can make Nigeria better.
