JUST IN: Massive Protest Hit Lagos Hospital As Patient Dies During Child Birth, Doctor Flees

The grammar school area of Ojodu Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in Lagos State is in a state of pandemonium once again and this time due to what can be described as negligence of duty by health officials at the God’s Apple City Hospital.

An eyewitness revealed that trouble stated when staff of the Hospital refused to release the corpse of a patient who allegedly died during a cesarean session to her family.

Furthermore, God’s Apple City Hospital has refused to give further details of the cause of death during the CS procedure leading to a protest by her family members and staff of the organisation where she worked.

Family members of the deceased say the Medical Director of the Hospital have absconded while the gate of the hospital is currently shut to patients, visitors and guests as all of its operations have been suspended.

Meanwhile, a family member told journalists that it was alleged that the doctor fainted during the CS procedure claiming that may have led to the death of the deceased.

However, the Hospital also refused to give details on whether or not the baby survived.
