MAKE YOUR CHOICE: HERE’S HOW TO VOTE FOR YOUR FAVOURITE AMVCA NOMINEES
Calling all movie lovers! The Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Awards (AMVCA) is back again and it’s your chance to celebrate the incredible talent across Nollywood and the African film industry.
Get ready to vote for your favourite nominees across all voting categories and be a part of those who decide who takes home the coveted golden statues.
The voting officially kicks off on the 24th of March after the nominees have been announced and will only be open to registered voters. Here’s everything you need to know about voting for your favourite nominees:
Step Up and Register:
Step 1: Head over to the AMVCA website: https://www.dstv.com/africamagic/en-ng/show/amvca
Step 2: Click on the “Vote” menu item.
Step 3: Choose “Register” and fill in your details such as your name, phone number, email address, location, birth year, gender, and preferred password. Don’t forget to agree to the Multichoice terms and conditions before clicking “Continue.”
Step 4: You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS. Enter this code in the designated space and continue.
Upon successful registration, you are now eligible to vote.
To Vote for your favourite nominee:
Step 1: Head back to the AMVCA website: https://www.dstv.com/africamagic/en-ng/show/amvca
Step 2: Click on the “Vote” menu item.
Step 3: Choose “Sign in” and enter your registered phone number
Step 4: Enter your chosen password.
Browse through the categories and choose your favourites in each category, you can cast up to 100 votes per user, so make them count!
Click “VOTE” to submit your final choices.
Remember, while voting on the website is completely free, there might be service charges for SMS votes.
