Mixed Reactions As Tinubu Appoints Staff Of Peter Obi’s Running Mate, Datti Ahmed As Minister

TRIXX NG reports that mixed reactions have trailed the appointment of Baze University Vice Chancellor, Professor Tahir Mamman as a minister by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Tahir Mamman is considered as a staff of Peter Obi’s running mate, Datti Ahmed who owns Baze University based in Abuja.

While this appointment could be a result of Professor Mamman’s competency and relationship with the president, many have accused Obi’s running mate of having a hand in the appointment and indirectly becoming part of APC’s government despite the political difference.
