Nigerians Share Ugly Experience With Yaba Market As Lady Gets Harassed For Wearing Shorts
For some hours, a lady has been trending over her ugly experience in Yaba market for wearing a short dress.
She made it known that about four men touched her while in the market, stating that they threatened to beat her at some point.
Unfortunately, it appears she isn’t the only one who has experienced it as some now see it as the new norms in yaba market.
Several ladies have taken to their twitter account to share the experience they have had in the market for many years
I stayed in Radiography hall, yaba im my first two years in unilag and I had to walk through yaba market to get to the shuttle everyday. Early in the morning, these men would drag us and harrass those that resisted, regardless of what you wore. Hijabis had it worse because

The few times I've had to go to Union Diagnostic center and couldn't drive, I've had to take Uber that will drop me exactly in front of the place.
