Sanwo-Olu, Hazmat, Obasa, Esther Ajayi and others to grace Melody FM 1 year anniversary in Lagos

All is now set for the 1st year anniversary of popular radio station, Melody 107.7FM situated at Iyana-Ipaja area of Lagos state coming up on the 7th of December, 2024.

In a statement by the management of the broadcasting station signed by Kunle Babarinde on behalf of the founder and chairman, Prophet Sam Ojo Adebayo, the venue of the event is Aanu-Oluwapo Primary School field at Oyewole street, Mulero, Iyana-Ipaja while the event would kick start by 12pm.

At the event, the chairman and founder of Melody 107.7FM, Prophet Sam Ojo who is also the founder of Freedom Apostolic Revival International Ministry (FARIM) and the popular Ori-Oke Ogo prayer mountain in Ibadan, Oyo state would empower widows and also gives out scholarships to students and others.

Dignitaries expected at the event are Lagos state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, his deputy, Obafemi Hazmat, Speaker, Lagos state house of Assembly, Rt Hon Mudasiru Obasa, Assistant Inspector General Of Police (Zone 2), Lagos state, Adegoke Fayoade, chairman Orile-Agege LCDA, Johnson Babatunde, Lagos State commissioner for information, Gbenga Omotoso, Lagos state commissioner of Police, Olanrewaju Olawale Ishola, Commandant Lagos NSCDC, Adedotun Keshinro, Alaige of Orile-Agege, Oba Ambaliu Hakeem Agbedeyi, Olu of Agege, Oba Kamila Oyedeji Isiba, founder, Love Of Christ Generation Church, Rev Mother Esther Ajayi etc.

Artiste billed to perform at the event are Fuji stars, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, Sir Shina Akanni and Sefiu Alao while other artiste like Abel Dosunmu (Mega 99), Kayode As-sidiq and others are also billed to perform.

While speaking, Prophet Sam Ojo said “We thank almighty God that Melody FM is celebrating it’s first year anniversary. It has been a very wonderful journey and we are grateful that Melody FM is now one of the best radio stations in Lagos state under one year.

“A lot of activities are lined up to commemorate the anniversary and we are going to empower a lot of people to support the Lagos state Government under his Excellency, Gov Babajide Sanwo-Olu and the Federal Government under President Bola Tinubu. Gov Sanwo-Olu himself is the special guest of honour while a lot of VIPs are also expected. It’s going to be fun-filled.”
