Tijani Muhamed Makes History For 36 Lion FC, Signs Deal With Plymouth In England

Fast rising giant striker, Tijani Muhammed has sealed a huge part of history by becoming the first product of 36 Lion FC of Lagos to join a club in England.

This is sequel to the contract that the six foot four inches prolific goals scorer signed at the stsrt of this week with lower division side, Plymouth Argyle.

He becomes the next Nigerian to play for Plymouth, after former Super Eagles’ striker, Yakubu Aiyegbeni, and he will play under the guidance of Manchester United legend, Wayne Rooney, who is the English Championship club’s new coach.
A report heralding Muhamed’s arrival in England, where he was joined by 36 Lion FC owner cum Lagos State Football Association (LSFA) chairman, Hajji Gafar Olawale Liameed, hyped the youngster’s height advantage and record setting deal.

The report added: “The Tallest Lion became the first Lion to sign in the UK. Plymouth Argyle, under the legend, Wayne Rooney, a promising gaffer.

“He got 36 Lion promoted into the Nigeria National League (NNL) in 2018, then moved to Banik Ostrava and later Slavia Prague in Czech Republic.

“Now, his tenacity has got him to the EFL Championship, just a step to the EPL. Just a step.”

Back home in Nigetia, the youngster’s achievement is also being celebrated, as 36 Lion FC issued a short message on social media to celebrate his feat.

The message read: “We trust your work ethics, Lion Tijani, and we wish you all the best in Plymouth. God bless you, son.”
