UNICAL Teaching Hospital Doctor Allegedly Commits Suicide
A resident doctor at the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH), Dr. Crystal Akpan has reportedly committed suicide.
Trixx NG learnt that the young medical doctor ended his life by consuming a chemical substance.
The reason for his action is unknown but the unconfirmed report said Dr. Akpan may have taken his life after failing a professional exam which he had written for some years without success.
The deceased worked in the Cardiology Department of the hospital and was married with three kids.
