Why Buhari Didn’t Use Nose Mask In Public – Presidency Reveals

Over the weekend, there was a picture of President Muhammadu Buhari making rounds. In the picture, he was without nose mask in a public gathering as against the executive order he signed on the compulsory use of nose mask in gatherings.

Nigerians of course didn’t take it lightly with the President, as he was described as a law maker, and the law breaker.

However, the president’s SSA on media, Garba Shehu has put up a defence of the act by the President. According to him, President Buhari was on nosemask before removing it when he wanted to talk with a microphone

‘People are missing the point. The President had his face mask on through that engagement. He had it off when he was speaking into the microphone. It is just a childish antic by the PDP.”
