‘I Lost 12 Vehicles, Houses, Seven Men’ – Seriki Fulani Cries Out After Sunday Igboho Attack
The Seriki Fulani in Igangan community, Oyo state is currently counting his loss after a Yoruba freedom fighter, Sunday Igboho attacked the community over the incessant unpleasant acts carried out by some men of the herdsmen.
Apparently, after the attack, He fled to Ilorin to hide in order to avoid been attacked personally by angry mob
During a press conference today, He made it known that some of his men died and he lost some properties too.
‘My houses, 12 vehicles belonging to myself, my children, and some visitors were burnt and seven of my people were killed. The corpses of two were yet to be found and some of my animals were carted away’
It would be recalled that Sunday Igboho stormed the community last week Friday after the ultimatum he issued to Fulani Herdsmen in the community expired. After this act, the Yoruba freedom fighter became popular while some hailed him, and some condemned him.
