APC Finally Releases Timetable Of Activities For National Convention

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) has announced the timetable for its national convention.

Trixx NG learnt that the party will during the convention elect its national officers to the National Executive Committee (NEC).

APC in a communique released on Wednesday after a meeting of its national leaders, said the Interim Report of the National Reconciliation Committee will be received on January 31.

The release signed by the national secretary of the party, John Akpan Udoedehe read thus:

“Consideration and adoption of Reports of State Congresses – 02/02/2022; Inauguration of the State Executives – 03/02/2022”, it read.

“Sales of forms to aspirants vying for national offices will commence at the secretariat on February 14; the Deadline for submission is February 19.

“Publication of Sub-Committees – 19/02/2022; Screening of all aspirants vying for national offices – 20-22/02/2022.”

”Screening Appeals to hear and resolve complaints arising from the screening exercise is slated for February 23.

Accreditation of statutory and elected delegates to the national convention will be held between February 24 and 25.

February 26 is the date for the national convention to elect national officers to the National Executive Committee (NEC).
