JUST IN: Panic As Gas Tanker Explodes At Mowe, Ogun State (Video)
A gas tanker exploded at the Mowe area of Ogun State on Sunday.
The incident happened around 10 pm, causing gridlock and panic in the area.
An eyewitness said the tanker caught fire near a First Bank building located along the Mowe area of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
A spokesperson for the Federal Road Safety Corps, Ogun State Command, Florence Okpe, confirmed the incident to the Punch.
“It’s a gas tanker explosion. Our rescue team is there already. I will give you more information later,” she said
