JUST IN: Prominent Traditional Ruler Joins His Ancestors In Ondo

A traditional ruler in Akoko South West Local Government Area of Ondo State, the Olisupare of Supare Akoko, Oba Kasali Adejoro Adedeji has joined his ancestors.

Oba Kasali Adejoro Adedeji ascended the throne of his forefathers in 1994, he reigned for 28 years and joined his ancestors at the age of 77 years.

Oba Adedeji’s death was confirmed by one of his close relations, Mr Sanusi Adelana.

 

Mr Adelana described the late traditional ruler’s reign as very progressive to the entire Supare Akoko community.

According to Radionigeria, a janazat service has been held for the late monarch.

The Chairman of Akoko North West Local Government Council of Traditional Rulers, the Olubaka of Oka Akoko, Oba Saliu Adebori Adeleye described the exit of Oba Kasali Adejoro Adedeji as very painful because of his intellectual display of wisdom during the Council’s meetings.

 

The Olubaka of Oka Akoko commiserated with the entire people of Supare Akoko over the demised of their monarch.
