Three Things Sunday Igboho Must Do If He Wants To Stay Relevant
In the last few days, there have been several issues faced by Popular Yoruba activist, Sunday Igboho most especially in Yoruba land.
He was recorded talking against the Ooni Of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi though he has apologized, He was also said to have destroyed a Fulani settlement in Ogun state, after the government said they didn’t ask him for any help to fight insecurity.
All these have a little bit drawn the Yoruba activist backwards, as they have also discouraged him from going forward in the fight against insecurity in south west.
One of the issues Sunday Igboho has is the way he talks to the media, to stay relevant in his struggle, Sunday Igboho needs to hire the service of a very professional media director who can prepare press releases, write speech for him, do a great work of gatekeeping for him, organize media interview for him, and also scrutinize every media material that goes out from his camp.
Secondly, Sunday Igboho has gotten in trouble with some Yoruba leaders that he is fighting for, at this present time, what Sunday Igboho need is a united Yoruba nation, as a tree can never make a forest no matter how powerful it may look like, Sunday Igboho needs to stay united with the Yoruba kings, Aare Ona Kankanfo Of Yorubaland, Gani Adams, and all traditional rulers in South west.
Thirdly, Sunday Ighoho needs to stay clear off all political discussions, recall that a video of his campaigning for PDP was dug up, and of course, mischief makers are planning to use it against him. Also, his ties with APC National leader, Bola Ahmed Tinubu was almost used against him, hence, to stay relevant, He needs to give up on whatever is called politics.
